Shipping

All devices are shipped via express insured courier, the courier used will be selected based on the requirements of the order as not all couriers deliver to all addresses.

Where possible, express options can be available at checkout

Orders under 6 items will be despatched within 3 UK working days of the order being placed, if there is any change to this timeline, or for larger orders, you will be contacted with a timeline.

Payment of any import charges/taxes or tariffs are thee responsibility of the purchaser

Once the order has had a courier booked, a tracking link will be supplied to you via email



Transport issues

In the case of the item being lost in transit or damaged by the courier, we will intiate a claim with the courier and send out a replacement for your order immediately as long as we have all the information and proof we need to submit that claim. This could include photos of the packaging in the case of damage, or even photos of an outside delivery spot in the case of package theft.

If we don't have enough information or proof to make the claim then a replacement won't be made until the courier agrees compensation, so please work with us to resolve the issue and we'll be able to send you a replacement order straight away



Returns policy

These devices are custom built to order, so refunds will only be given if a manufacturing issue is proven, or if the buyer returns the item at their expense.

In the case of return being accepted and unless a manufacturing issue is proven,any shipping costs incurred by SCIRE Paranormal Technology will be deducted from the amount refunded to the purchaser.

We would much rather work with you to make sure you are happy with the device, please contact us by replying to the receipt sent to you via email.

Completing a purchase of a device from this site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal Policy

Your Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after:

  • you (or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods; or
  • if your order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, 14 days after receiving the last item; or
  • if your order consists of goods delivered in multiple instalments or parts, 14 days after receiving the final instalment or part.

How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel before the cancellation period expires.

Your cancellation is effective from the date you send your notification.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery (if applicable).

Additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option will not be refunded.

We will issue your refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.

Returning Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish to cancel.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Unless we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Returned items should be appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to what would be permitted in a physical retail shop.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply where permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to:

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
  • goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
  • sealed audio, video recordings or computer software that have been unsealed after delivery; newspapers, periodicals or magazines (except subscription contracts).
    • Any applicable statutory exceptions will apply.

      Faulty or Incorrect Goods

      This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods. If you receive such goods, please contact us promptly so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
